Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing nazarov19997@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item.

Because bodysuits are intimate apparel, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks, odors, and damage, with all original tags and hygiene protections attached. Items tried on without underwear, items missing hygiene protections, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by a Formline error. Formline does not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

For the fastest replacement, return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Order cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but an order cannot be cancelled after it has entered fulfillment or shipped.
