Where we ship

Formline currently ships to addresses in the United States. Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. High-volume periods may require additional time. If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout—or, when no shorter promise is stated, within 30 days—we will contact you with an updated date and the option to cancel for a refund.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery estimates begin after the order ships and are not guarantees. Tracking information is emailed when available. Formline is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, or an incorrect address supplied at checkout, but we will help investigate delivery issues.

Address changes

Email nazarov19997@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

Contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos when applicable. We will review the carrier record and work toward an appropriate replacement or refund.
